These flat fee monthly subscription plans provide clients access to an in house/corporate attorney to call to assist in solving day-to-day legal issues, drafting and letter writing. Below are the services provided in each subscription plan.  Minimum of a year required. Filing fees are additional. This plan does not include pre-litigation/litigation services.

START-UP
$450 per Start-up business or Businesses with under $1 million
in net revenue (after cost of goods sold)

Unlimited calls for advice. Drafting and/or reviewing and advising on agreements and legal compliance; onboarding of employee or independent contractors; filing of trade name certificate; state trademarks; letter writing on behalf of client.

 

GROWTH
$850 per Growth companies over $1 million in net revenue or increasing legal work

Unlimited calls for advice; work with management team; attend board meetings; drafting and/or reviewing and advising on agreements and legal compliance; HR law consulting; employee handbook review/drafting; letter writing on behalf of client.

 

MATURE

$1500 Mature business/Existing business owner

Unlimited calls for advice; work with management team; attend board meetings; drafting and/or reviewing and advising on agreements on agreements and legal compliance; HR law consulting; employee handbook review/drafting; letter writing on behalf of client; succession planning; emergency planning; buy-sell agreements with partners/shareholders.
